Hotel
The reservation deadline was February 19, 2010. The hotel will attempt to reserve rooms on a space available basis at the SPIT Rate; HOWEVER, to get the rate (if available) you must call the hotel Monday - Friday during normal business hours & ask for Sales Department. They will setup the booking if they can. The front desk can no longer set up rooms at the rate. If you still have issues, call Ron at 901.355.5817 and I'll try to get your problem resolved. The Staybridge Suites in Midtown Memphis will be the 2010 tournament host hotel.
The room rate is $59.00 plus tax per night. Rooms accommodate up to 4 people. The hotel will extend the rate before or after as space is available (If you plan to do this, reserve early). |
